Tekken 6 Limited Edition Wireless Fight Stick Bundle
A very good product. Sufficient palm space, sturdy hit buttons, fast wireless response and a very great game! Highly recommended!

Tekken Refined
First off; if you like fighting games, you need one (or two) of these wireless arcade sticks. There is no noticeable lag whatsoever, and the units are large enough for any size hands. Now, on to the game: Tekken 6 has refined its' mechanics to a very high degree. The game is a blast. As I write this, my friends and I have played over 70 straight rounds in a round-robin tourney. Even my friend's wife has played and enjoyed herself. I will break my review down as follows:

Graphics: 4/5. The game looks great. It isn't the best in the graphics category, but the characters and stages are filled with detail and dynamic interaction. Some stages are even multi-tiered, similar to the DOA series.

Sound: 5/5. A good job was done with the music, and the surround effects. For a fighter, the sound is excellent, and even the voice acting is good.

Gameplay: 5/5. I was never a huge Tekken fan, because the controls felt sloppy compared to other fighters. Not so with Tekken 6. Combos can be hard to learn at first, because it plays differently than other fighters, but the controls are responsive, and make sense.

Fun: 5/5. Like I said, the game is a blast. Nearly every character in the game is opened from the get-go, meaning you don't have to grind through arcade or story to have a large roster.

If you're a fighter fan, get this set. The only complaint have is that you have to buy two copies of the game to get two sticks.

Great Game, Horrible Stick
Well, to start off with, Tekken 6 is a great game. Tekken has always been one of my favorite fighting game series since Tekken 2 (except for Tekken 4) and this game does not fail to deliver. They have kept the gameplay essentially the same as Tekken 5, while adding a ton of interesting new characters, new moves and the Bound system, which allows you to extend your juggles beyond what you normally would have been able to in previous Tekken games. While I am no master at Tekken, I do enjoy playing and play quite often both online and offline. Unfortunately, online is one of the weaknesses of the game, which has been a weakness of Namco for some time now. If you play the game regularly offline, you will definitely notice some input lag online even on the 4 and 5 bar connections (which are the highest connections). Personally I only play 4 and 5 bar connections in ranked matches and I sometimes play 3 bar connections in non-ranked matches; but I never play 1 or 2 bar connections.

So since I love the game so much, you may be wondering why I gave this particular copy a 3 out of 5 stars...well, that's because of the fighting stick that comes with it. Quite frankly, that stick is a piece of crap. I bought this bundle when it was on Amazon and thought I was getting an amazing deal, a wireless stick with the game for only so essentially only for the stick assuming the game was at the time. Unfortunately, as I stated, the stick is a piece of crap. First off it's wireless, which is not ideal for online play where you already have input lag because there's obviously going to be some additional input lag from a wireless controller/stick. Secondly, the stick itself is very weak - I never liked the buttons very much, they felt sticky from the very beginning and then eventually one of the buttons broke on me after only having had the stick for a month or so. So all in all, the stick is definitely not worth it. I ended up buying a SFIV Tournament Edition stick off Amazon back when it was 0 and I love it, it is great.

Now I will say that the art book that comes with the bundle is quite nice if you're a big Tekken fan like me; but I'd probably still say that the bundle is not worth it. Just get the game by itself and buy a good stick, like the SFIV TE stick, if you really want to play with a stick.

Tekken 6 Limited Edition (joystick review)
I am an avid Tekken player. I've been a fan of the series since Tekken 2. The game is great. This review is for the joystick included in the LE. I've used other joysticks in the past. I actually have the Hori Soul Calibur 4 stick. The tekken stick feels a bit lower in quality than the Soul Calibur stick I have been playing with. There isn't much weight to the stick, but I suppose different strokes for different folks, eh? The main problem I have with the stick is that it just doesn't meet my standards. There is an incredible amount of free play in the joystick. I've measured and its about 1/4 of an inch of free play moving the stick in any direction. (meaning that before you can move the stick to the left, right, up, down, etc. you must first overcome the 1/4 inch free play before it recognizes input). The buttons feel very spongy and have a bit of resistance to them. I'm used to playing with arcade sticks so it will take a bit of time to get used to this one. I bought this as a secondary stick and because I couldn't pass up buying the bundle for . It will work fine as a secondary stick. I would make the following analogy concerning this arcade stick. If you ever have been to a friends house and he has but two controllers... 1) standard dual shock and 2) a third party dual shock (pelican). Which would you prefer? Playing with this stick is a bit like that. There are better ones out there but it will get the job done. I will be investing in the Street Fighter Tournament stick made by mad catz though. As for input lag.... I did notice slight lag playing SF remix (downloadable on PS store). However, I did not notice any while playing Tekken 6.

For someone on the fence about buying this:
If you are looking for a wireless stick...go for it.
If you want a quality arcade stick, look elsewhere.
If this is your first arcade stick... go elsewhere.
If you have a quality stick and just want another so that your friends don't complain about you being the only one with an arcade stick...Go for it. Just make sure that you are not the one using the Tekken stick :)

For the money paid it is ok.

Good price for a decent game & joystick...
The game looks nice but not feeling the mechanics. The wireless fight stick will be fine for the average consumer since it works as advertised. However, if you're a hardcore gamer then this will be horrible due to big dead-zone on lever & small area to lay your palms.

Nice Game
Some people may tell you that the setlist is poor compared to the first three Guitar Hero Games, but the DLC's, the party play mode and the ability to play with up to four guitar controllers (or multiple microphones, or any combination of instruments you like) more than make up for it.

Good Entertainment
I enjoy that you can have multiple singers, etc. The star power isn't overwhelming like it is in Guitar Hero World Tour.

Great game
First of all, I had no problems at all with the delivery. It arrived the day it said it was supposed to, and it wasn't damaged at all. All of the features in the game are really cool, especially the party play. Really fun game, and a decant price.

It rocks....as always
The guitar string set up looks a little different than Guitar Hero 3 but the game still rocks. Love it.

Gutar Hero 6 for PS3
The Guitar Hero worked for two days, the third day stopped working. We followed all the manual recommendations without success. This morning it worked again but I am afraid that is damaged. Some other persons told me that they had similar problems.

Ergonomic factors difinitely wasn't right when designing these. It starting to hurt your hand muscles after few rounds of Guitar or the Drums. Karaoke is really fun. Like the songs variety

Rock out!
You've gotta love Band Hero! This game is the best to play with friends on a Friday or Saturday night in. You've got some sweet tunes to jam to, and although I'm not much of a Taylor Swift fan... the actual rock songs featured in this game make up for her overpowering presence in this game.

That's one of the great things about the ps3, its is so versatile. Having a keyboard, BUZZ, pS3 EYE, band equipment, etc and not to mention what you can do with the ps3 on the inside, BR, Gaming, Vid Streaming, etc, it is so fun, to be able to do so many things with it.

. Now I am not a musician nor have I really ever played much of any instrument, so I didn't expect to have so much fun with this game.

The equipment is solid, the drums are actually supported by steel, the guitar is nice looking and feels solid and comfortable, the mic feels like a real stage microphone, the music is good, even the songs I dont care for were fun to play, the easy navigation menu system lets you focus on fun with no hassle. 4 family members or friends can play at any time or just go solo, or jump online and play with tons of people.

A must addition to your PS3! Even if you dont think you like to play instrements you willl likley get hooked.

Band Hero
The guitar, drums and microphone are great, the game isn't that fun, but anyway I bought this just for the "instruments" so I didn't expect much of it.

Good Price for a Good Game
I am a big GH fan, so this game was a no-brainer for me. Still, the original price (which was as high as 0 at one point) was a major put off. Thankfully, the price has dropped to a manageable ( if on special), so it's now feasible.

The game itself is fantastic. GH players will understand the mechanic very easily, but it takes time to master it. There are only three buttons to be used with the right hand, together with scratches and rewinds. The left hand governs "cross-fading" and effects, together with "euphoria" (read, star power).

The game loses an overall star because of cross-fading. I realize it was probably difficult to determine how to create the so-called cross-fading bar, but it is problematic. The idea is to slide a bar left and right in order to determine what mix feed plays at a given time. The bar, however, is rather finicky, and on expert level, it can be difficult to put the bar in the right place (particularly for the cross-fading "spikes," which I won't bother to explain.

The mixes in the game are excellent, although I would have liked a few more songs to be mixed (particularly from the rock category - I'm not up on my hip-hop). Unfortunately, the same songs often get mixed twice (and sometimes three times), so expect to hear the tunes again. Still, it is fun to listen to, and although I didn't know many of the songs, I enhjoyed most of them.

The main reason this game is fun to me is that it has an easy-to-learn, but hard-to-master mechanic. If you've played any among of GH, you'll blow through the tutorials with no trouble, but the mixes themselves are not easy. It takes time to open later mixes, so you have plenty of opportunity to practice.

Finally, the trophies are mostly easy, but getting 5 stars on every expert mix is no joke.

All in all, this is a good game, and a welcome break from the glut of GH/ROck Band games we've come to have. I await the sequel to this far more than, say, "Rock Band: Green Day."

One of the best games ever!
Let me just start by saying I HATE the guitar hero and rock band games. I think they're stupid and they have never appealed to me, I figured DJ hero would be the same even though I've been a huge fan of dance music and djing for 10 years now. I'm very picky about the music I listen to and I dont like most of the "mainstream" garbage so I never gave this game a second thought.

That is until my cousin, who is a dj, got the game and was playing it when I was over at his house. He couldn't stop talking about how cool the music and the mixes were. We decided to buy the game because it looked pretty fun and the music did sound pretty cool.

I have not been able to stop playing it! We bought it on Sunday night around 8 and I was up until about 1am playing even tho I had work the next day. I drove all the way home on my lunch just to play it for 20 minutes before going back to work! The music is UNBELIEVABLE! The first sets were really cool and I didnt think the later sets were going to be able to top some of the sick mixes in the first ones but oh my god, the mashups are so ridiculously awesome. The music alone makes this game worth buying, I'm a huge fan of good dance music, I'd even consider myself a techno snob of sorts and this game does not disapoint even someone with really high standards!

The beginning sets are of course easier than the later sets and I figured that the farther I got into the game, the harder it would get and the less I would like it or the less fun it would be but it's actually the complete opposite. In the beginning you have fewer buttons to hit and fewer scratches etc. and then the songs get more and more complex which makes it even more fun because you can get more into it and actually hit buttons with the beat and its faster which you'd think would make it harder but it just makes it more fun and actually more easy for me personally.

Needless to say I will be playing this game for a long time to come and I cant wait until they come out with more downloadable content and new songs (we already bought all the DLC available and its awesome)

Great game
Dj hero is a nice and funny game! Sometimes to handle the turntable can be difficult especially if you do not play in easy level! I wish the game could have more house music songs, but in any case songs are good and the versions you made are so cool!

Not like I expected
Good game for people that are into pop music.
Its confuseing at first to learn how to play unless you do the tutorials.
I was expecting more eminem/jay z mixes due to the commercial but to get all those mixes you either have to buy the renegade edition or purchase more packs off the playstation network.
I really aint that crazy about DJ Hero. I am a guitar hero fan and DJ Hero was sort of a let down.

Great Game! Fun and Addicting!

So I played Guitar Hero on demo and was quite impressed, it was fun and I enjoyed it. So i went into the market immediately and after reviewing I found that Dj Hero would be more to my liking and I am definitely satisfied. Easy to setup with a simple switch for leftys and rightys, I would definitely recommend this game to anyone (especially if you ever wanted to be a dj) Forewarning: I have never been a dj so I have no idea what it feels like to be one but this game brings my dj fantasy to life!


Pros:

1)Great music!! Lots of great mixing of various rock and hip hop tracks.

2)Loads of unlockables!! Has different venues, dj clothes and decks (turntables for your selected dj) to unlock.

3)They have a mode that teaches you the game very quickly. They also have easy mode which anybody can play, all the way to expert which is the best because it makes you feel like an actual dj.

Cons:

1)No create a dj. Many people probably dont care about this but they should think about adding it. Many people like to see themselves in the game via created player.

2)Rewind messes up your multiplier at times. You rewind the turntables and are unable to pick up where you left off thus ruining you multiplier at times.

3)Dj dances uncontrollably while you are vigorously scratching away at times. Kinda funny and not that huge a deal but should be an easy fix.

Overall I would give it 4.5/5 I will definitely be getting part 2 later this year!

Great gameplay
In this game you can play guitar, bass, drumbs or sing, or have a group of friends and play like a real rock band. The game is great, the default drums are way better than those of Rock Band, the song list is ok for me.

Look at the song list before purchase, if you like the song list then by all means buy this game, you will have loads of fun.

Great Family Fun!!!
We originally purchased this product for our 10 year old son, he was WOWED at Christmas. Then we played it as a family and man, let me tell you, we had a blast!!! To make it even more fun, he has a gaming chair with an unbelievable sound system. We blast it and have so much fun together as a family. Snow days are no longer dreaded because we run upstairs to play with it in his room!! I am seriously considering a second system for the basement!! This product is very durable. This is by far one of the best investments that we have made for "family entertainment"!! I would highly recommend this product.

Guitar Hero World Tour
Fun game. I'm in my early 20's, so some of the songs are a little dated for me but a lot of them are still pretty good. I like that there is the option of playing the guitar, the drums and singing in this one because older guitar hero games only have the guitar option.

I would definitely recommend this game but make sure that you look at what songs are on it first (This kind of game is much more fun if you like the music on it). If you don't like the songs on this game, there are other guitar hero games that are Beatles music and Metalica music. And if you don't like those bands, you can also look at rock band games

I am a Guitar Hero
My son bought this game with the money he received at Christmas and I a have enjoyed it as much or more than he has. Today is a snow day in North Carolina, he is able to load the game and play with friends online. How great is that.

New songs, new instruments, new ways to rock out
Activision really took a giant leap forward when it released Guitar Hero World Tour. Whereas previous games only featured songs with playable bass and guitar parts, World Tour introduced a drum part and a vocals part. This really opened the door for several new features and modes, such as battle of the bands where you can go online and play against another band. In addition to simply having fun playing in a band in quickplay mode, you can also play a career with the whole band. After each song, each instrument earns a certain amount of money, which can be used to buy band equipment and apparel, based on their performances on the selected level of difficulty. In addition, many of the same game modes from Guitar Hero III also return. Classic modes such as faceoff, pro-faceoff, battle mode(introduced on GH III), etc, are included. You can also create your own songs and post them to GH Tunes, where you can download other songs by other GH gamers.

I was surprised at the wide variety of music introduced on this game. The music seems to touch on several genres If you're a heavy metal/rock fan, you can play songs such as "Trapped Under Ice" by Metallica or "BYOB" by System of a Down. If you prefer more classical rock you might play "American Woman" by the Guess Who, "Do It Again" by Steely Dan, or "Up Around the Bend" by CCR. Classic bands and musicians such as The Eagles, Jimi Hendrix, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Guess Who, Blondie, Pat Benatar, are all featured on this game. If you're still hungry for more, you can head on over to the PS Network, where you can search through a huge library of downloadable songs

I did run into one small problem with the bundle pack. One of those involved the guitar controller that it came with. Either they all were made this way, or I was just unlucky, because the strum bar on my guitar seemed to be broken. Other than that all equipment works fine. You might have to play around with the system/game settings in order to get the microphone or drums to work and you will need 2 AA batteries for the drums and guitar to work. Overall, though, it should take you no more than 20 minutes to get all the instruments set up and ready to play. Overall a great game that gives Rockband a run for its money.

I found this bundle on Amazon after looking in the stores and the stores were sold out of all the PS3s. I was so happy with the two games that came with it. The condition that it arrived in was excellent. It came sooner then what the date that the email gave me.I am very pleased with this purchase and have played it ever since I got it. No problems hooking it up to the tv and that was needed was the HDMI cable that was not included which I knew about before I purchased it.

Awesome
This bundle was the best deal I could find on Black Friday. Killzone is a great game to be included in the bundle. It's a lot like Call of Duty except on a fictional planet. I really enjoyed it. The ending is a bit strange but I the story kept me in the game. The graphics were amazing and the cinimatics were incredible. Infamous is not a game I would typically buy myself but sense it was included I've played it and really enjoyed it. I'm a bigger fan of 1st person shooters than Role players but the game is still fun and the freedom to choose how to interact with your environment is really cool. It's also nice to set your own pace and decide when and where to take on certain missions.

The PS3 itself is amazing! Sense getting this bundle I've purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Army of 2 and Army of 2 40th day. I've also downloaded several free demo's through the playstation network. The graphics are always amazing and the attention to detail really remarkable. I still haven't succesfully converted all of my Xbox loving family and friends but they're coming around. Especially when I mention playing online for free, and the blu-ray player, and the wireless internet connection. When PS3's were 0 I understood buying a Xbox for so much less. but now that it's only 9. I don't know why anyone is still buying Xbox. I loved Halo as much as the next gamer, but the sacrifice is well worth it.

Christmas Gift
The PS3 bundle was perfect for my christmas gift to my husband. He absolutely loved the games included and I couldn't beat the price of the bundle anywhere but at Amazon.

Fits in your hand just right
Hey all this is Sam AKA Para in the gaming review community. This is one of many gaming reviews I will be starting for Amazon, so I hope you enjoy. Going to be talking about the PS3 controller which I have to say right off the bat has a great feel to it. It is light but durable at the same time. After playing for long hours I notice no pain in my hands, just the way the designed this controller it just fits right in your hands and is not stressing out you muscles or having you to curve your hands around it just to hold it. The vibration feedback is very well and is not super strong that it feels like a back massager or making your hands go numb, but it is not also so weak that you cannot even feel it. It gives just the right amount. The motion control has been done very well and I was surprised at first but they nailed it. You don't even need a wii mote for the simple technology Sony has put in the controller lol. The triggers are in just the right position but the triggers themselves could use a bit of a lift, they just seem a bit too small. I love that everything is pressure sensitive from the triggers to the actually buttons with is great for racing games. The joy sticks are perfectly assessable and once again do not strain your hands trying to use them. Overall the controller is very nice and easy to use. Battery life is the best I have seen in a wireless controller to date. Good work Sony not changing to original controller, only improving them slightly (Don't change what isn't broken and Sony has done that with the controller). Hope this review helps and look forward for my other game reviews.

Blue better than black
I needed a second rumble controller to play SpecOps in COD: Modern Warfare 2, and I went for blue. This controller is definitely better than the black one I got a while back because it is not as smooth. The smooth surface of the black controller causes sweaty hands, which I really dislike.

I am however taking couple of stars. One because the battery should last longer, and another because they wear out around the analog joysticks causing them to "stick" over time. No amount of lubrication fixes the sticking problem.

I am certain it doesn't cost a lot to make these controllers. I suspect materials selection went into the projected lifespan of the controller to ensure we come back for replacements--I am on replacements five and six.

i just got this controllers 2 weeks ago and i got to say this controller has better response and the rumble on this controller is sicker than the duel shock 1 & 2 this must on to sony.

Yay PS3!!
The first product I'm going to review is the Sony PlayStation 3 120GB Slim. This is the second version of the PS3 that Sony has released. The first version was the fat model which apparently went on a diet and is now about 30% smaller. This makes the slim lighter and easier to manage. Like the PS3 fat, the slim also comes with built in Wi-Fi, a 120GB Hard drive, an HDMI output so that you can play games in 1080p as opposed to the default 480i.
Now I'm going to get into the specifics. The first thing you notice when I turn on my PS3 is its awesome display. This is the 1080p I was telling you about. It's crisp, clear and alluring. Now that we're loaded up, I'm going to show you the in-menu features.
The first thing you'll notice when you see the menu, is all of the different things the PS3 can do. The initial thing you should do once you get your PS3 is set up the display and other settings exactly how you want them. You can change the background colors, the clock placements and other aesthetics like these. You can even download wall papers and themes for your background.
Next, you'll notice that you can upload photos into albums! This is a great way to capture and store all of your good times in one, easily accessible place. Now you can view these photos on a big screen!
Next, you'll see that you can also upload music to your PS3. This is one of my absolute favorite features. I can put all of my favorite albums on my Playstation and have them no matter what situation occurs. Whether it's a party, or if I have a girl over, OR I can even play my music WHILE I play some of my games!
Next is the video feature. You can both download and upload videos to you PS3 and watch them at will. If you have a HDMI cable, you can watch these videos in 1080p as long as the video itself has the HD capability. This is where Sony PS3 blows all other game consoles out of the water. PS3 is the only console that supports blu-ray disk capabilities. So forget buying a Blu-Ray player! Just buy a PS3 and get blu-ray PLUS all of these other great features! Plus, what's so unique about the PS3 blu-ray player is that Sony has constant updates which make everything better including the blu-ray player. No other console or blu-ray player can do that!
Next are the games. You can play all PS3 games, demos and some PS1 classics here. Like I said earlier, on certain games you can play the music you have uploaded in the background as opposed to just listening to the game music.
Next, and probably the most important aspect of the PS3 is the Playstation Network. The PSN is basically Sony's online store where you can do all kinds of cool stuff. You can buy games, download demos, game videos, wallpapers and you can even download extra game content for games you've purchased. What's really cool, to me anyways, is that you can also buy games from the first Playstation system under PS1 classics.
Another exclusive feature of the PS3 is that you can surf the web. The PS3 comes equipped with a web-browser; however it doesn't support websites that use flash. You can still get news, check ESPN, youtube and more.
So you're thinking, "I get all of these features for just 9?!" Yes, you do. However there are a few cons to the PS3. I just mentioned the fact that you cannot view websites that require "Flash." Also, the PS3 is not backwards compatible, which means that you can't play PS2 games on the PS3 Slim, though some of the older "fat" versions do have this capability. Also, the online gameplay isn't as developed as Xbox Live, but it's still quite good. And probably the things I hate about the PS3 are the slow download and install times. The say patience is a virtue and I tell you what, the PS3 will teach you patience!
So overall, I'd give the PS3 a 9/10. I bought mine and I love it. You can find this versatile device lots of places for the around the same price; 9 or higher, but if you come to Wavee you can buy it for 2

More than Expected
Disregard any negative reviews you may read. They are singular, unique issues that can be solved through customer support.

This PS is exactly what you want when it comes to replacing an old unit. Small, light, cooler (saves energy), huge hard drive, and more. Also comes with a dual shock controller! This has the smaller chipsets you have read about, and the prices are not going down anytime soon. Sony has stated they are finally making a profit on the units, so they are gonna ride that wave as long as they can.

ps3 is way better than x-box, graphics, games, blu ray. the crap box(x-box) doesn't come close too competing with it.

Great All around System
Love my PS3 for gaming and the Bluray. I have purchased dedicated Bluray players and they have never satisfied my viewing needs, either they are too slow or they fail after so many hours of use.

Don't bother buying this model
It won't allow you to play PS2 games. Even when you download the PS2 Format on the PlayStation Store. Early models are M.V.P's compared to later ones. Buy this console, and you may have to pay 0.00 or less on a PS2 to play your old PS2 games.

More than my expectations
I am so happy with my new 250gb playstation 3. The price was better than the local stores. The bonus bundle was very surprising! Who ever said that something that is too good to be true, isn't ....was very wrong here! This is my second best purchase from Amazon

This thing has all the bells and whistles of the 60gb except it doesn't let you use optional memory cards which is unfortuante if your hd space gets low and it's not backward compatible but I have a ps2 for ps2 games. I'm having to replace my 60gb ps3 because someone broke in my house and stole mine. I have quite a few ps3 games and the sims 3 ps3 version is coming out October 26th which is one reason I have to replace my system. The sims 3 console versions have everything the pc version does and more. I'm a sims nut so I have to replace my ps3. I also have the sims 3 on pc. One game I do recommend on the PS3 is Batman Arkham. That game is incredible and I miss not being able to play it since my ps3 got stolen.

Seriously! Plays games. Great exclusives. Blu-Ray. DVD. PSOne games. Downloads TV shows and Movies. Wireless internet connection. And I have this, the 250gb which is a great size to fit media. I still haven't utilized all the features of the PS3 because it has so much to offer. Now my only problem is that I can't play PS2 games but with system updates that's bound to be on the horizon so if you want three generations of a game system, hi def movie player and all around multifunction entertainment device this is it.

worth the money
All that needs to be said about this product is that it is worth every penny. it can do everything previous ps3 version can do but has 250 gigs of a Hard drive. if youre still on the fence about spending this much, I must say that when you have it up and running, it beomes instantly worht it, especially since you can transfer game data and trophies from one ore system to another. this was the best high dollare purchase ive ever made "Bang for youre Buck" wise.
